In October, I will be participating in Wheels of Love, a 300-mile charity bike ride in Israel to benefit the kids of ALYN Hospital again. ALYN is the only facility of its kind in Israel and is one of the world’s leading specialists in the rehabilitation of children with disabilities. ALYN changes lives and transforms disabilities into abilities.
I know first-hand what an amazing place ALYN is as my nephew Yitzchak Seltzer (September 8, 1999 – November 7, 2010) spent most of his life being treated in this facility. The quality of care he received at ALYN was best-in-class.
Wheels of Love allows me to combine my love for Israel with my love for biking, and it gives me the opportunity both to honor the memory of my nephew as well as to do a mitzvah in helping current and future children at ALYN. The Hospital receives no automatic government funding, so they are dependent on donations to meet an ever-rising shortfall in funding. The amazing work that happens at ALYN is only with thanks to donors like you.
Thank you, in advance, for your support.
